I got mine from Eagleday.com (no affiliation). They offer both decals and stencils. I used the stencils and am very happy with the results.
As I recall, the dimensions of the stencils were within a millimeter or two of the measurements I took before I bead-blasted my calipers.

I guess going stencil or decal is really just personal preference / ease of application. Assuming they both last equally as long, given a few coats of high temp clear coat to finish the job.
