Oooh cheap. Hmm.

Question is always can the rest of your motor/computer handle the extra air?

I think Juha has posted recently that his engine was running lean (high flow exhaust) and would benefit from live remapping.

Is more air 'in' through the throttle body going to reach a bottle neck somewhere else (valves, headers, exhaust)? Will it get appropriately matched with fuel (computer/injectors/timing)?

I suspect to optimize the use of this part, there's a bunch more to do.... Just throwing it out there .

In order to get more air thru the throttlebody do you need a non-stock air intake?

What if you already had ECU change (Steve Wong), x-pipe with no cats, high flow mufflers and carrera cup airbox ?

You would still need to have the chip modified to compensate for the extra flow, Steve could do this however it would be a bit of a guess on his part if he hasn't experienced a car with your exact mods and the throttle body.

At this stage you would be better off getting data from a wideband O2 sensor on a dyno and then send that to Steve for a custome chip. Otherwise a live remap would be in order to get the most out of the new throttle body.
