Title says it all. I can not get the clip off on the back of the air cleaner where the intake hook to the plastic tube.

Update: I got it off but I can not get it to snap back on to the large plastic air intake tube when re-installing.

Do you have the twistlock type or the spring clip type? Sounds like you have the spring clip type. Sometimes you are better-off loosening the clamp on the other side of the MAF which allows better chances of getting the airbox connected, then place the MAF back into the rubber intake tube and tighten the hose clamp.

Speaking of all this anyone have an extra clip for the MAF housing and the airbox? While I was changing my plugs I noticed the upper one is missing.
