Default are single men that own porches afraid of commitment?

This is what my girlfriend told me, she says that among women , that if the man is single and owns a porche he is afraid of commitment and loves his car more than his girl. I laugh mu a** off, tpold her that wht was not true. Maybe thats why so many men had to get rid of their pcar when got married because she was jealous. should we take a poll on how many men got rid of their first love for their second and how many single ocar owners compared to married?

any girl I end up with will understand my cars were there before them and they arent going anywhere. None of my girlfriends have had a problem with the porsches or various other cars they understand its my passion/hobby. Most of them laugh that I am on the computer looking at cars rather than ****..haha

That's funny. I bought my 993 before I was married and I still have it. My wife knows it comes with the package and she actually loves the car.

Oh, c'mon, you don't need a Porsche to be afraid of commitment. All you need is some experience dating women to be afraid of it LOL!

If you are considering selling any one of your vehicles (especially a P-Car)
to make a woman happy, you have simply met the wrong woman
and need to drop her quickly. This controlling personality in a woman
will not stop at a mere car.

If I have to decide between my 911 and a woman, she'll be looking
for a new man.

^^^ 2 great points back to back. At Law, I 100% agree with you. To me it would be the equivalent of the man asking a woman to get rid of all of her shoes!

I think the shoe collection is worth more than the 993!

I like to think of myself as a very commited person.

To my cars anyway...

I had an Alfa Romeos Guilleta Spider Veloce when I met my wife... She loved Porsches... end of story (she helped me buy my 993 last year). The moral of the story (I guess it was not "end of story") is to find a woman who also loves sportscars!!! Better yet... one who loves Porsches. Incidentally we have two kids!

Cheers, a fun thread,

Bert

Tell her when I find a girl that is interesting enough, she'll get my attention.

Just not a follower...of the system, I guess.

Lotta guys out there commenting who have no wives yet--HMMMMM.

John, your girlfriend might just be on to something there; pretty smart woman. Maybe you should marry her?
