Shot in the dark, but are there any interesting NorCal events or rennlist meetups happening in the next few weeks, perhaps ? I'm planning to explore the Eureka area and see where the 101 takes me. I haven't really done a nice road trip yet, and the weather looks promising. Maybe I'll drive back with Stage III's on....who knows.

We've tried herding the cats a few times, but nothing has come of it since we did some almost weekly gathering the summer of '08.

I'm up for whatever anyone might want to do. My shop (no, not a professional one) is even sort of presentable and I could host (Hwy 4/I-680).

I would be up for something. We did a drive north up around Lake Berryessa last year at this time and the roads are very nice and clear.

Ken where is your shop? Concord or Martinez.

Darren, I'm interested in doing a similar route up to Lake Berryessa this spring! My wife and I are expecting our 2nd child in April, so I need to get out and do some driving before that happens......

Glad to see some activity in this regard - the urge to scratch the backroads driving itch is acute and growing

I have thoughts on some routes in the areas mentioned, as well as out to the coast.

Dates? Sunday 2/14 would work well for me.

I would be interested too since I just got the car a few weeks ago and put new tires on today.

I think I'm available 2-14 also, last year's Berryessa drive was great, nice to meet some of the RL Gang!
