Default PSS10'S installed! 8:10am...

After 2 weeks of COLD and often interrupted work, I completed the install of the PSS10's and CHRIS WALROD front bushings. The hardest part? Bushings, hands down. The rest was alot of work but not TOO techinical. (6/10 difficulty for me).
Needs alignment to complete the job and height needs to be raised slightly for ROW stance but I did drive it 4 miles today and it is wonderful. The best part? No extra parts, no noises and no peices and parts showing in the rearview mirror.
Thanks to: Darin at FD Motorsports for the phone help late at night and sale price on the PSS10's. Darin and Mark are the best and every vendor should take an example from their excellent support.
Also Chris Walrod for the great bushings and support as well. Now I can brag to everyone I know that I changed a suspension out on a PORSCHE! (They will think I am really smart but they dont know that I could not have done it without the help and support of RL and vendors!)

Now, SPRING please!!!

Nice job. I thought all you folks in snow country had heated garages with heated floors? You look cold, damn cold!

Thanks Bob. I forgot to mention you in my "thank you" credits...I appreciate your input and the rears got real clear real fast once I was in there. No Problems at all. ROW height raise with alignment this spring.
btw, you have to decide on an avitar!

Well I heated the floor with my back! This summer I am going to put up walls, insulation and a proper heater...not the Carbon Monoxide pump I used this year. I told my wife to check on me once per hour to see if I was still concious!

Congratulations! A new suspension does do wonders for our 993s. I recommend a Modine Hot Dawg heater. This is what I have and its been great so far. There are others of similar design.

Cool!

You are going to love the new suspension after the alignment/CB are done.
Nice work

Well, I guess "spring" arrived early this year in Mattawan, huh? Congratulations! The car's look is utterly transformed, and I am sure the performance will amaze you. Are you doing sway bars, too?
Next up, BBS LMs, LWFC, and a three-spoke steering wheel.
Then, a G50-21.

Have you been to the movie theatre lately, Bob?
Actually, I like Pee Wee but your red 993 is much prettier!
