Cashmere Leather Re-Dye: Done with Pix!
I finally got around to having my seats redyed today. They came out great! Only the deepest cracks/marks are visible and only when looking very carefully. Despite the lighting in some of the pictures, the color came out really good as well.
These were done by Pioneer Leather Restoration (no affiliation) who came highly recommended.
The before pictures were taken after the initial cleaning but before any treatments were done.

Unfortunately, I had to leave during the process so I missed some of the main stuff. There is info on his website I think. He basically prepared the surface by cleaning it and prepping it like you would a surface to be painted. Then, I think he used a filler to repair the surface and then airbrushed the dye when done (I missed the last two parts).
He said it should give me 2-3 years of regular use (I daily drive my car).

For those who want to emulate Jerry's great result, use the DIY prep from Leatherique (as well as their agents) and finish with aerosol spray from http://www.worlduph.com/hubpagePORSCHE.htm. Very easy to apply and results match Jerry's air-gun. Of course if you can mix and adjust the air-gun properly, anair-gun is great. I couldn't and didn't - used the aerosol and was really satisfied.

That looks great. I've had great results DIY'ing with Surflex (www.colorplus.com).
