This has to be some deal where they are forced to put the car up for sale, but don't really want it to sell. To wit, does anybody really need a Turbo S as a "company car" on which you can take a write-off? My accountant would be laughing hysterically about that one . . .

there was one just like this in St.Louis about 5yrs ago.Guy didn't speak any english,or he didn't want to talk to me?

"It has been on display here in our showroom but has also seen use on road rallies and sunny summer days as the odometer would indicate"

Anyone who is a true Porsch"a" enthusiast knows that a road rally is the same as having been tracked to death with a set of race seats and harnesses. They should have removed the harness bar and repainted the wheels and seat backs and sold it as a 17K mile S for =/- $120K...

It's been tracked at S.I.R., I've seen it there. These boys are both funded with big family money and do this to keep busy. Obviously, they don't want to sell this car, but I'm sure it's a great lure to bring business into their showroom. I had a neighbor in San Diego that used to put his house on the market for $1.9 mil every other year or so. The house was worth about $900K, but he LOVED to tell people how much he had his house listed for ...
