What are Fangs? I tried googling them and I don't see them on DACH's website.
Thanks!

yes it is an engine shield..

I dont care if its really loud, its for the track. The cats will muffle some of the sound.

DACH is saying the fangs would be really expensive, as they would have to be custom made. Am I missing something, I am looking for a flang and a 3in piece of bent pipe, how hard can that be??

I am sure any decent exhaust shop could make one up for you, If you have a couple of old mufflers you could cut the pipes off them (where the clamp goes) and have a shop make something out of those.

Cut of the section indicated by the red line and use the part to have an exhaust shop make some fangs, could then use the existing clamps...

Wow, while I answered a phone call Trophy beat me to the post. heres mine anyway...

Find yourself a competent local shop that specializes in exhaust systems. It sounds like what you want any competent fabricator of exhaust systems could cut/bend/weld and install for you in about an hours time for shop labor plus exhaust tubing/flanges etc.

It's the only thing I don't like about my P car so far is stupid cheap little stuff like this costs 3x what it's worth.

There is a guy over on the 993tt forum selling a set of muffler bypass tips, ceramic coated. I would post a link but I am mobile at the moment.
