FS: 993 C2S Brake Calipers, Rotors, and Pads
All,
This past spring I replaced the factory brakes on my 98 C2S with a set of Big Red Brakes I sourced from Sunset Porsche. The car had approx 55k miles on it at the time, and everything was still original to the car when removed. Amazingly, the pads still have a good bit of life left in them, and the rotors are in surprisingly good shape as well... I probably could have driven on them for another 20k or more. But, the DE bug bit me hard, and the brakes seemed like a logical upgrade.
Thus, I now have for sale a near perfect set of C2S calipers in black (wear sensors still in place), a set of rotors in very good shape, and an unused set of pads (front and rear) for the same. You could easily bolt them onto your car and drive on them for many, many miles... Or, you could refinish the calipers in red and have a bit of an "upgrade" for your Carrera.
I'd like to see $600 plus actual shipping for everything (would prefer not to separate)... And, I would much rather sell them to a Rennlister than to have to Ebay them...
PM me if you're interested...
Keep the shiny side up!

Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but my understanding is that only the C4S and the turbo came with he Big Red brakes. So, yes... these are the same brakes as on a NB.
Also... the extra set of pads are OEM Porsche pieces. I do not have new spyders or wear sensors... only the pads.
