Front: 8" wide - offset of 50
Rear: 10" wide - offset of 65

I would prefer to purchase the wheels only - without tires.

Good deal. I had MY02s on my Cab. They look great. Now, before they come paint your calipers red. It's a $50 DIY job and goes well with those wheels.
