Default High-Quality Steering Wheel Covers

Have a 996 wheel.

Love it in all aspects but one - thickness. It's too thin for my hands.

Seeing as how I like the wheel, otherwise, I was thinking of having it 'wrapped' to make it just a tad thicker as opposed to looking at other, thicker wheels.

I imagine any decent leather shop can do this, but has anyone tried it before? Recommendations? Pictures?

Thanks.

Researched this a while back and Dallas Steering Wheel is the conclusion that I came to.

Haven't used them yet for a project that I am planning on doing but there where several folks here that were happy with his work. They can add either 1/16 or 1/8 inch padding before rewrapping the wheel.

I'll call you right back. I'm on the phone with Dr. Alan Gunn, tearing him a new one!
