The clock arrived while I was out walking my dogs thismorning. Again, this is exactly what I pictured and the workmanship is absolutely first rate.

The first one I made hangs in our family room, but the wall on which I mounted the clock backs to our mechanicals room. So it was as easy as running the power cord through the wall and plugging it in there.

See the first page of this thread for pics. I simply use the appropriate wall-mount, regulated power supply (in this case, 12v @ 250mA). The clock continues to function as it did in the car (and could be re-used in a 964/993 if needed).
