I need an honest opinion

You are in Chino Hills where Rennlister Robin Sun lives -- if he were to PPI the car and give it a thumbs up, that would go a very long way toward selling it to another Rennlister IMO.
Not trying to steer anything to Robin, but he and Chris Walrod know these cars inside and out and have the ultimate credibility in this community. There's a lot of people looking for nice, solid C2S cars to convert to track usage etc. and just need to know what they're buying.

Mark, I love your vulturisim. Are you in sales or marketing by any chance?
Also, this car didn't look like it was rolled -- it looked more like some of the cars that I have seen where the "covered parking" was built to handle a snow load that was exceeded by mother nature... This happened in my first apartment complex in Redmond when I first moved up to the the area. Thank god my brand new A4 at the time was on loan to a friend while I was gone for the holidays.

I agree. The thought it might have been rolled will turn off probably 80% of the prospective buyers. However, as others have said, if it was repaired correctly, and if it passes a PPI, it only takes one buyer. Someone looking to get into a 993 will think: "okay for low $20's, I can buy it for less than a new Honda Accord, drive it for a few years and then sell it for near what I paid for it". That, IMHO, is a great deal.

Take the $16k offer and be satisfied ... the market is not going to improve ...

Sheesh, that looks like a nice car for the money.
I'd be very tempted to keep it for $16k.
That said, it could make a very nice track appliance for someone who doesn't want to risk a perfect history car.

^^What I was thinking.^^ List it in Pano in the Race Cars section. It will be the cheapest one there!

I think $16,000 is about the max that that car will garner. The salvage issues will dissuade the newbie buyers who don't know much about 993's but are looking to buy, and the knowledgeable folks who are familiar with P-cars will understand the true value of this type of car. IMHO.
Hey, now!
Thanks for responding. Good luck with the sale.
