Thanks for meeting with me for lunch and the run up 23. You guys made this year a blast for Casey and me. Leonard, and Melody, Rick, Kelley, and all the PCA members, and Sponsors that organized this event, THANK YOU!!!!
Travis, many thanks for arranging lunch at the Red Rooster (yummy), thanks for being our leader whether you wanted to be or not thank you for compounding that mysterious white paint off my car and thank you for letting me park the trailer at your home. We appreciate your friendliness and hospitality.

993BillW - thanks for the compliment in your earlier post. I really enjoyed meeting and visiting with you and I look forward to seeing you next year.

lhatch - I love your car but am glad to hear you want to get back in a 993. Maybe a Mexico blue 993tt?? You'll just have to get something else to hold your guitars. Have fun in FL!

csertich - It was great to see you again and what made it even better was that you are in good health!!! I'll be praying that things stay that way for you.

csmab, sc2993 - I'm glad you made the effort to attend this year on such short notice and am glad you enjoyed it so much.

arena993 - sorry you couldn't make it this year. I understand you had more important things to take care of. Hope to meet you next year.

To all the "oldtimers" and "newtimers" - sure, the driving's fun, but it's friendships with you guys that make this event so great. I look forward to many more, I just wish they came around sooner!

Thanks, Brendan. But if I'm being totally honest, it's just a large, yellow dust collector a lot of the time.

Great gathering of 993s & RListers. Thanks for taking us along for the ride!

Gorgeous photographs, gorgeous rides!
Hey Jager,

My friend that I was at Parade with this summer went to Palooza, so Denver's not out of reach. Mark your calendar for next year!

Hey (copied from my post on the old Palooza thread):

I want to thank the Rennlist community and the Palooza gang for providing me with 4 things that rank in the top ten of my best life experiences. One is being on this community and sharing so much knowledge, passion and our Porsche and other experiences. Three are my trips to the Palooza and meeting and spending time with the greatest people in the world.

And I want to thank the state of AR for letting us have so much fun on their roads. Out of about 200 cars, I think only one speeding ticket was issued. Actually, I KNOW one speeding ticket was issued because it's in my glove box.

Great to meet the new guys and see old friends. Thanks very much for the well wishes. I feel great.

Great fotos. And good to see that a good time was had by all. I wish I could've shipped my car from Germany and stop by. In case anyone took photos at my old Alma, AR stomping grounds, please post them.
Greetings from Frankfurt, Valerian

Where did you get this ticket? On one of the morning drives?

I'll work on getting you a picture of my 993 in front of the High school. You'll be amazed at how it's changed. The Red Rooster sets where the old car wash was, next to the old auto parts store just south of I-40 on the west side of 71. When you were here there wasn't even a McDonalds. I'll try to scan a picture of you out of one of my annuals. What year were you here?

Default Driving award

Driving in Friday night, about 9 miles out of Eureka Springs on hwy 62. 19 mph over the limit. I was actually doing a little bit more than that but the officer wrote it for 19 over so I didn't have to come back and go to court (and probably so he didn't have to go to court).

A few pics:

Travis,
class of 86. I'll be greatful if you do not scan and post my yearbook picture, here. I was there for a class reunion in 06 so I am familiar with how the school looks these days. I think I have been to pro soccer matches with smaller crowds than what they have for highschool football.
I'll probably attend the next reunion in 2011 and will let you know when I am there.
Cheers, Valerian
