She hovers around 82lbs. Definitely not muscle. One of the reasons that I bought a cab. She definitely would not be able to sit up in a coupe.

* bump for those that may have missed this thread *

I am in the market now for porsche seat covers for my dog.... I am toying with the idea of making a custom "hammock" that will fit in the rear of the car.

Wouldn't be able to squeeze "horse" in. Maybe in a Panamera, but we'll never know.

Default Nike and Zeus

Nike and Zeus

Whenever they hear the 993 fire up they go crazy for a ride and want the wind in their hair.

Fit perfectly in the back seats with large pillows in the foot space behind the seats in the event of a hard brake.

No way I'd get these two in the back of either Porsche! X5d does the job very well...

I'm guessing the back in seat in the 911 won't be enough for my 2 110lb boys, but they sure do like riding up front in the Boxster, though they go about it completely differently. My German Shepherd likes to sit back and hang his head out the side. Where as my Rhodesian Ridgeback likes to sit forward with his paws down below and his head on the dash. Neither seems remotely safe so I've fazed out the dog rides in the Porsche for the most part. They sure do look cute though...

I used to put this guy in my 72 Targa. Newfoundland. He'd ride very nicely for about a 100 miles. No problems. He was 28 inches at the shoulder and weighed 175 LBS.

Default A little late and a little fuzzy

...but here is my 50lb pooch in the front seat of my 993 Coupe. Can's say she loves it like she does the van but it gets her to my office.
