Would a bad relay cause the washer for the headlamps to not work sometimes and work other times. That is my best diagnosis, so far.

There is a relay in the slot R43 for headlamp washer in the fuse/relay box. It does not list the "windshield washer".

I just replaced windshield/headlamp washer/wiper switch and the pumps for windshield and headlamps work.

Windshield washers work which are listed on the same fuse # 24, as wiper washers/headlamp washers.

Anybody else have this issue and any other info?
