I think I may have been he guy that described Mark as the smart guy with a box of wrenches...5 years and many miles later one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with a craftsman. I only wish he wasn't on the other side of the country. Again understand he is not going to hold your hand and offer you coffee in the waiting room. In fact if I remember correctly I had to take a leak outside...But it was so very worth it!
