I think my battery is dead

Hello,

Please help, I think my battery is dead. Does anybody have any suggestions on type of battery I should get and where? I'm in the Boston area.

Hey Tom, just do an advanced search using the term "Interstate" restricted to the 993 forum, and you'll pull up lots of threads. They're an easy replacement.

Mine's nearly 10 years old now although it only has 10k of use on it. It's probably time to think about replacing it.

I just replaced my battery with an Optima Red Top 35. Easy to bolt in, works great and no chance of leakage. I ordered mine from 1st Optima Batteries and they offered free shipping.

This isn't rocket science, so don't over think it.
