Default Need help with offsets on 18" Kinesis Supercups

I am trying to determine the off set for the 18" Kinesis Supercups I have. I was told they only fit a 993 C2S. The fronts are 18"x8" and the rears ar 18"x10". When I measure from the rear of the of the hub on the mounting surface to the edge of the rear side of the wheel I get the following measurements:

FRONT: Rear of hub mounting surface to rear edge of rim = 6.25"

REAR: Rear of hub mounting surface to rear edge of rim=6.75"

What are the offsets?

Thanks in advance

I think your inputs are off since you are measuring from the hub mounting surface to the edge of the rim and I don't think the 8" and 10" rim widths you refer to are the measurements of the wheels from edge to edge but rather the usable/effective widths. But assuming that your 8" and 10" measurements are from edge to edge and not the usable widths, then the implied offsets for those wheels are ET -57.15 for the fronts and ET -44.45 for the rears.

I just measured my Supercups rims and I am trying to determine the actual offsets. Here is what I came up with:

Fronts:

18”x8”
Total width of rim 9”
Inside inner hoop 6.5”
Outside hoop/lip 1.5”

Rears:
18”x10”
Total width of rim 11”
Inside hoop 7”
Outside hoop/lip 3”

What are the offsets for these rims?
What will they fit?

Here's how you measure wheels

You have 8" and 10" rims. "0" offset is dead center of the rim barrel which means at 4" and 5". On the front you are pushing the hub mount face out (backspace)6.5"-4.0"= 2.5"(63mm) and the rears (backspace)7.0"-5.0"=2"(51mm). Your offsets are 63mm front and 51mm rear

If the 9" and 11" measurements are the overall rim width as in Bill's pic, it looks like ET45.45 and ET31.75. This is very different from my earlier posting given the revised rim width measurement. 9" ET45 will fit all 993s but 11" ET32 will only fit widebodies.

Also FYI my understanding is the inside and outside hoop measurements are meaningless for determining offsets since the offset is a measurement of the location of the mounting surface relative to the width of the rim. As you can see from the pic Bill posted above, the mounting surface is not necessarily at the same distance from the edge of the rim as the inner hoop measurement...so it depends on the design of the wheel. This is where a lot of people get confused when trying to get a "big lip" and try to get a measurement of offsets using the size of the lip and the rim width.
