I've dealt with Mark at Huntingridge. I purchased my 993 from him back in 2005 and have had some interaction with him since.
I found Mark to be straight forward to deal with and is knowledgable about 993's. He was open to negotiate and was responsive. I ended up purchasing the car sight unseen and had it shipped to Canada. The car was actually better than described mechanically and cosmetically (and I'm fussy). The only issue I had was that the rear rims had a slight bend. Once I told Mark about this he offered to remedy the problem at his expense without prompting and I think he was a bit emabarassed they didn't catch it.
Just my experience. YMMV.
Always get the car checked out by a reputable third party.
Looks like a nice car. He has it listed for 31.9K so you can probably buy it in the high 20's.

I have dealt with Mark in the past (on both a purchase and on a sale) and he was 100% above board and incredibly fair with his pricing. HIGHLY recommended by me, for what it is worth.
