Haggert Precision valve covers, stereo tweeking---besides that Im in good shape overall.

Hibernation is for bears, not cars!! :-)

Will do, Patrick. I may have my shop install it, but I will probably fab the bracket.

Paul, that sounds like a plan. Perhaps this spring, a trip through The Gorge out your way. We can even trick out my headlights, then head out to the Oregon Race Track.

Dang, I also need an A/C compressor.

Its good to know that solution works. The engine needs the rear seal changed so I have to disassemble anyway. The question will be about doing the clutch or not. The car has 70k miles. It shifts fine otherwise. If everything looks good and the splines are obviously the problem I might go the cheap route but likely not. It's $2000 in parts once you figure in exchange, shipping assuming I go with a new DMF flywheel (no LWF for me).

I will write a list, but I don't know how much of it I will actually get done.

-Replace Stereo/speakers
-Replace seats with lightweight ones
-Work on exhaust
-Heater duct bypass
-Short Shift kit
-the standard brake pads, rotors, spark plug, distributor cap, replacements
