A high mileage car has already lost its value, you won't lose any more, and won't feel guilty driving it.
100k vs 130k makes no difference, but under 100k miles the value is greatly affected by the mileage.
If it was well maintained, nobody will be able to tell how many miles it has just by looking at it. My 100k car looks better than most low mileage ones!
