I had exactly the same minor wear problem on my driver's seat bolster. I used the Surflex product in Classic Gray two years ago. The color match was perfect and it's impossible to tell the surface has was treated. I believe that bolster area is leather, as well.

Your seat can stay in place and I used their brush to apply the product, after following the prep instructions.

I too used the Surflex product, and shot my seats with an artist air brush. they came out really nice.

Depends how bad the bolster wear is if you can clean and respray. On partial leather in a 993, ALL of the seating surfaces are leather including bolsters while the backs and sides are not.

You can buy just the seat portion of the leather as opposed to both back and seat, but I have no idea how well they would match.
