I am the previous owner to Roche. I too hated selling it as it was the best 993 I have ever owned (previously owned a C2 cab with 40k miles and C4S with only 15k miles).
The car is rock solid with virtually all the right mods. Like Roche, I was a fanatic about maintaining/fixing everything. However, the car was trouble-free for me., and I am sure for Roche.
I would re-buy it, but starting a new business venture during a difficult economic time. However, this is the car to buy if you want a garage queen-like car, without paying garage-queen prices. I can't emphasize enough, this is a great car capable of going many, many more trouble-free miles.
Oh, and Roche is a stand-up guy. And yes, Roche has priced it very fairly given the quality of this car and the mods.

Seriously, good luck with the sale. That is one sweet ride. Someone will be lucky to have her.
I too, am dying for a tt. everytime I drive MarkD's....I want one very BADLY!

i'm gonna take some under-side pics to show how good it looks underneath...no leaks and clean (not andreas-like, but good nonetheless). also some freshly detailed engine pics.

PS... Black 97' C4S are faster
Not to make you think twice..but you could put turbo's on your car for about 14k ...will mimic stock compression...bullett proof..no internal engine mods required....Im probably going to pull the trigger soon....If you're interested give Protosport a call here in NJ
