If you could trade you 993 for another Porsche, What would it be?

The original poster DID say of equal value, right?
Some posters didn't really abide by that , but I will.
I'd possibly trade my 96 C4S 6 spd for a 96 C2S Tiptronic or a 98 Targa Tiptronic one day when I get a little older, if I still have my car. It's a pain shifting in bumper to bumper DC traffic all day!

I'll add to being another glancing through and going "huh, guess no one reads........."
But since I've basically got four that ARE more-or-less of equal value, I'll tell you that for 90+% of the intended purpose the C4S does it all well. And all I'd do is find one that wasn't silver. Or black. Or had a black interior.
The "hot rod"/aka R Gruppe (funny how it's been almost 30 years since Cris Huergas and I were talking about what he would develop into the R Gruppe standing over our two 911's in the College of Alameda JC parking lot after class) 911 is a neat nostalgia thing, but no way, no how is it anything other than a show/track/special car occasion novelty.
RSA's? Absent a serial number, you've got a previous generation 993 without power steering. After driving mine on the street for almost a month now after a two year absence, it's is f______ amazing how much more refined the 993 is.
Oh, and whoever wanted a 2.4CIS T. Man, after putting my friends car back on the road last month, how nice it is for being a this-century 356. But it feels like a 912!

Possibly a really nice, immaculate low miles Riviera regular 993RS.
Other than that i would add a few ££/$$ towards a 2.7RS...going the other way I do miss my old '89 3.2 and 3.2 Clubsport...so it is a difficult call....Probably easier to stay with what I have.

This is a fun thread. Here are the cars I would trade mine for (with cash, of course):
993 RS
993 GT2
997 GT3
'94 3.6 Turbo (especially an "S")
959 (okay, now I am dreaming)
RS Spyder (why not dream a little more)

Same coin - very few things, if I wanted something else I would have bought something else..
well sorted 993 track car (still streetable) - trading miles and condition for track goodies
RSA - I saw one on 6speed same price range super charged!
Something else kinda rare but still fun on the track...
Other than that probably not too much, maybe just a color change or something.
