Default Diadem bulb locator help

I am looking for a diadem bulb for use with the updated clear front lens assemblies. The only one that I can find (including FVD and european sources found through an internet search) have a single contact point on the base and the pins are in one of two positions, directly across from one another or at 4 and 7 o'clock. The recepticle on my early '95 uses a bulb with 2 contact points on the bottom and pins that are at 3 and 9 o'clock but staggered - a 1157 style - a common US car type bulb. Does anyone know a source for a diadem bulb like an 1157? Thanks for any help.

Don't know if Osram makes them for 7528s yet but you could try these

Or if you are feeling wealthy, go LED
