American Automotive Equipment is one that I was not in favor of in the January scissors lift thread. I just found that old thread.

They are a two man outfit and no followup or after sale service.

Wanted to let you know that I have been to AAE's Texas facility, which is about 20 miles south of Ft Worth, 2 miles from I-35, on Route 917.

When I was there, I saw at least 10 people in the office, and about 5 in the warehouse. Definitely not a 2 person company.

And I have an SS8000 from them which is awesome...

I've bought from them before, I had no problems with the transaction but I didn't need any sales/after-sales support.

I bought my 4 post lift from them. I got fast, reliable delivery and prompt response to technical questions. When one of my ramps bent, they sent me another, no questions asked.
