I will truly miss her
Ideally I would like to sell my car to someone who will keep it like I have and ask for first consideration to buy her back in 10 years when I can afford to keep more then one Porsche.

Oh come on! If someone gave you your asking price and told you they were turning it into a track rat would you really give a hoot?

Believe it or not..... I would care if someone we're to tear it apart. Sometimes life is more then just about that extra couple of dollars. I've had many fond memories in this car including using it for my wedding.

My friend, I have been where you are, and based on what you have said about your car, and what you are replacing it with, me thinks you are going to miss the 993 more than you are going to enjoy the 996.

Forgive me for asking and I hope you don't get me wrong, but I just did the conversion to US$ and it came out to $44.5K for a 95 with 41K miles.
Obviously, this amount is way over (like $7K-$10K) what the market is here in the U.S. for such a car.
Is the market that much different in Canada?

I hear what you're saying but .... if I cared about a car that much after someone paid me in full, I would probably reconsider selling her in the first place.
