Just for documentation purpose. I am working a starting issue at this time and if a jumper at the starter relay starts the car both ignition lock (which feeds the 12 V for the start relay R61) and starter are working. The coil side of the start relay is activated by the immobilizer unit. If there is no 12V at the relay coil (assuming the relay is working which can be easily checked at the horn location of the similar relay 51) an immobilizer issue is very likely.
