+ what Garth said. I've had this problem on other cars after washing the engine. Some of the sensors/harnesses get damp, and it throws a fault code. Clean up as necessary, follow Garth's tips on the O2 sensor harness connections, and drive the car some to dry everything out. Considering the sequence of events leading up to this problem, I'll be you don't need to replace any parts.

It may be apples and oranges, but I solved a hunting idle problem in an 87 by replacing the O2 sensor.
I am with the others in questioning why you would look to try to fix everything except what is thowing the codes?
Check the voltages at the sensors to be within spec...If OK, check for shorts...One short in an O2 sensor will throw codes in other sensors as well !

Check post #5 of this link where Jason linked the workshop manual diagnostic pages...

Make sure your car is providing 13.5 volts at idle. It seems to me the engine can be squirrely if the running voltage is a little low.
