Ahh okay,
I'll just post up the larger bolt info for any RL's looking for it :
12mm, 1.5 pitch, GR 10.9, 120mm length bolt (TT cars).
And for NA cars it can be 105mm in length

By large, I think you mean thick, yes?

Good chance that washer is hardened to a point, but far from brittle. The ID does not seem out of porportion to the OD, IMO

Even better to sit in a CGT and blip the throttle...

So, on Gert's kit it just includes the large bolt.Should one replace the two smaller bolts? Or reuse?

I would replace all the hardware, especially the small bolts. Mine were corroded and they are relatively cheap. Maybe you can remove one and verify the condition?

They are M8 x 45, cheap as chips, not sure why Gert doesnt put them in the kit as he sources the washer non OEM. I would replace.
