Question pictures of replacement high pressure A/C hose in engine bay 993

I have a leak from the refrigerent fill tube where it attaches to the block that in turn bolts to the compressor. The line is the high pressure side A/C line ( small diameter ) at the compressor. The line will need to come off to be repaired or replaced!!

Does anyone have pictures of inside the rear fender where this line connects to another line and proceeds forward?

The high pressure line in question in the engine bay goes through the bulkhead on the drivers side ( in front of the electrical buss ) and looks to connect high in the drivers side rear wheel well on the other side. The parts schematic backs this up.

I am looking for guidance and pictures if someone has them out there!!

Thanks in advance!!

Hey Paul,

I don't have a pic of the lines, but your description is accurate. Simply remove the wheel liners on the driver's side rear and you'll see two a/c line junctions up high - you can't miss them.

They're not hard to remove.

Cheers,
Joe

Hi Paul, is there anything to add to this job ? I need to do the exact same procedure and I wondered if you had to remove the relay/fuse/electrics box to get the pipe out ?

Again anyone with a picture of under the arch ? that would be appreaciate.

thanks

Lee
