All good suggestions. I would second the notion of pulling the battery. It seems a no-brainer to spend a few minutes pulling it out than to risk damage. Make a list of things that you do to the car as you do them and leave it on your dash. I do that when winterizing my boats. When the time comes to pull your car out, in your excitement you may forget something... like my neighbor did with his boat and a manifold drain. Your car won't sink to the bottom like my neighbor's boat, but burnt mice on an engine or burnt sweat socks in a tailpipe can be unpleasant. LOL
