I don't know whether you have the PSS10s or not so I'll ask if you've looked in the manual. If not, I certainly can check tonight. There are some specs in the manual but it might have been limited to torques and setting dimensions. I vaguely recall reading discussions that the rates were not published but I could be wrong.

I'll check the manual tonight. You never know.

I had the car out on Sunday at my first autocross and got to test my PSS10s. Its a high speed course where 100mph is attainable and I had my hands full as I did manage to spin the car twice on the first couple of laps due to excessive speed, cold tires, loose sand/stones and a general lack of talent. The PSS10s were only set on 5/3 and I certainly had no complaints but my novice feedback isn't going to help you Bill. There might have been some understeer but I'm not real knowledgeable here. I'm still trying to figure out if there are some negative impacts from the large H&Rs or if smaller sways would be a better way to go but...

Default pss10

The papers that came with my set do not say the rates. The spring part numbers are shown if you want those?

Is that at Race City?
I'm in solosprint this year, on PSS10s also. Two spins - that's good, that means you were givin' er!
I run a bit more firm on the PSS10s, works well for pretty neutral handling with Pilot Sport Cups running at about 28 psi cold all around for Race City.
