LWF on C4S
Anyone do a LWF on a C4S?
Thinking of going that route and wanted any feedback in terms of the difference that it made and also any sacrifice.
Apologies if this is a repost as the search function is driving me nuts lately.
Thanks!

Hey Eric. Maybe you should just come see my car and drive it in person. Looks like I have all the mods you're doing LOL!
Yeah, my C4S has the LWF/RS clutch upgrade. The upside is the engine spools up slightly faster. The downside is some gear lash noise. Both the upside and downside are very subjective and not a big difference. I would do it again, given the choice.

Next is clear corners...but that's predictable given the path I'm already on.

Thanks.
DO IT! And while you're there and if you don't utilize the awd feature of your car much, disconnect the front wheels and the car becomes an all new feeling to you. There's a little connector block at the front of the tranny that connects the drive line with 2 bolts. Loosen them, slide the block forward and re-tighten......simple
i bought C4S last month in Boston, for me , i dont mind spend 20-30k extra buying a safer all wheel drive even just feel safer on the snow than 2 wheel..... also i found this C4S controlled better on snow , ice and raining day than my MB GLS 550.

I bought a 992 C4S off the lot in March 2020. Got a good deal because the world was ending. I loved the car but also had the longing for the TTS. I drove the C4S for a year and put about 6,500 miles on it. Even tracking it at PECATL. I then had the opportunity to get a TTS allocation and jumped on it. Sold the C4S back to my dealer for what i paid for it (they sold it for over MSRP!) and built a TTS that is scheduled for delivery July 30. I have been without a P-car for several months now but took a trip to LA and drove the TTS at PECLA a couple weeks ago--it was completely insane. Much more aggressive and violent than the C4S--I'm almost wondering if too much so for a daily driver. But it's too late now!
