Do Phantom Plates/spray work on traffic camera's?

I was a partner in a company that produced a license plate spray. It works..however, you have to lay the stuff on THICK! Plus, a normal camera flash does not produce the same amount of light as a red-light camera flash does..so just taking a photo of the license plate will not determine whether or not it will work in an intersection. In addition, the only way the spray will work is if the camera and flash are set at the exact appropriate angle - most cameras/flashes are not set exactly right or they move after installation..so, it's kind of a gamble (which is why I backed out of the company..too many "what if's")..I didnt want to sell something that might work if applied correctly in a "Perfect Storm" scenario.
So..if one decides to go the spray route...spray the stuff on THICK and pray for the best...

This stuff is suspect. I have a design that eliminates the threat from cameras. It is based upon a couple of well placed photographic flash units strategically placed on the car that are controlled by slave units...

I got tagged two weeks ago going 77 in a 65. Why me, traffic was all going to same. That said, after receiving the notice in the mail I called my attorney. He advised to date stamp it, put it in a file, and keep it for 180 days. If no service by then, destroy it. He stated the worse that can happen is you will get DMV mad. But unless it is served by an officer of the court, it's not valid.

And I THINK I got tagged by one Sunday AM not 10 minutes after I picked up the rental car on NB I-17 around Van Buren. Portable unit. Yeah, I was doing about 67. Yeah, I had a car to my left doing the same speed. Yeah, I saw the strobe light flash. And yeah, I saw that stretch is still posted at 55. Twenty years after I've lived there, and it's still a 55 zone? Any tips or links you know of to assist what I'm expecting in the mail?

No affiliation except I am a card carrying member and have been for years. Beat a speeding ticket by using their techniques and support kit.
MythBusters did a show on the sprays and concluded no luck, but the camera set up wasn't exactly like the actual equipment (which I assume is better).
If you get "shot" in a rental car, typically the rental car folks will get the bill and then charge you for it. It has happened to me on Tolls in Chicago with Avis.

I don't know about the spray, but I do know that my Blinder Radar Jammer works great on those ****** that hide behind signs and bushes with Lidar guns.
I have circled on the heads I have mounted up front. Yep...legal in Kansas.

Thats what I should have done too. But I was too honest, I blew through the left turn signal. Next time they are going to come after me.

77 on a 65 ..... uhmm ..
is not that bad .... i do 75 many many times without worries ..
down here in Florida (according my experience) troopers do not pay too much attention to those differences on main highways ..... they seem to be really focused on the real crazy drivers ..... uhmm ..
