Default New 993 Factory Lowing springs

Hi Guys,
Just thought I'd let you know I have a brand new set of euro-spec springs for sale on the 'bay. I think about an inch lower than u.s. spec cars. These are factory Porsche parts, fit all 993's from 95-98 model years. I should have posted them here first but oh well. You can see them at http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...#ht_500wt_1221

Maybe one of you will get lucky and win.
Long time rennlister here, so not spam. I would have posted them in the classified's but there is less than 3 days on the auction and I just thought of posting them here.
Thanks

Matt,
Good question, I cant remember. 2 have white marks and 2 have blue marks. Tell me the difference in Mo30 and Mo33 and maybe that will ring a bell.
Thanks

FWIW, ROW MO30's are 3 bars of orange/green/green fronts and two of brownish orange stripes in rear.

Garth,
I think you are right. These are the ones that drop the car down but retain the factory comfort levels, lot as harsh as the M030's are. Safe bet to say these are the M033's. If anyone else knows, please speak up!

Thanks flying_low, would love to find out. I'm pretty much positive they are the M033 I've got. I've had them so long I can't remember.

I have one white mark on the rear springs and one blue mark on the fronts. I'ld agree with you that they're M033 springs

I am the 3rd owner of my 993, and I have not changed the springs, that was propbaly done by one of the previous 2 owners. I am guessing the original owner may have had it done as he is a "car nut" owning some 50+ cars, this was one of his collection. The second owner is a Fireman, while he is a PCA guy, I don't think he did any mods to the car.

Using the above info, I was able to spot green and orange bands on my front springs, which I understand to be ROW M030 springs. I could not see the rears, but I am assuming the are also ROW M030.

I can just barely stick my index and middle finger inbetween the top of the tire and the edge of the fender, so I guestimate there is about 1.25 inches of space.
I know that is not very scientific. here is a pic of my car.

I thought I had standard USA M032 springs before that had simply been perched to lower the car.

right now I am on OEM stock struts.

I only use this car on the street, and the suspension suits me fine. I did DEs with my SC and modified the ssupension on that car pretty heavily. while it was fun on the track and for canyons etc... I tore me up on my daily commute, not to mention the contributions that Mother Nature makes as one ages, made that car too much to deal with. Since I just did an SAI flush, oil change and spark plugs, replaced the tranny on my son's car and need to replace the rear tires on the 993, I need to let the credit cards cool off before I spring for Bilstein HDs, but that will probably come later this year.
