What is REALLY amazing is that none of those photos was of the actual concours cars today. Almost every photo of the 356's were the cars sitting ready for the RM auction yesterday. The other exotics were "drivers" in front of the Ritz-Carloton Hotel. You signed up and they took you for a test drive. If you had an Obsideon Card, you could drive all but the Bugatti.
Todays actual entry list of over 300 spectacular cars from all parts of time and world location included the following Porsches:
1957 Porsche 356 1500 GS Carrera Speedster
1960 Porsche 356 GS-GT Carrera Roadster
1960 Porsche RS 60 (4-cam)
1961 Porsche 356B Carrera GT Class winner, and is the red coupe in the street pictures above from yesterday - yes he drives it).
1963 Porsche Carrera 2 Cabriolet
1963 Porsche Carrera 2 GS Coupe
1964 Porsche 356C Carrera 2 Cabriolet
All the above competed in the Porsche 4Cam Class (P4C)
The cars below competed in the race car class beginning in 1964 (RC2)
1964 Porsche 904 Carrera
1966 Porsche 906 Carrera 6 (Class winner - Division winner - Special awards)
1967 Porsche 911R Prototype
1968 Porsche 907
1971 Porsche 911 STR
There was also a Porsche RSK in the RC1 Class.

I had to wait behind another eager chap to get my hands on her skin. Here he is manhandling her hide....

I'm happily surprised you like the shots, especially since the Rennlist server forces small JPGs for hosting. I appreciate your positive feedback.
Hope ya like 'em. They're all from Friday. I also stopped by Thurs for some pre-game viewing, but nothing good came from that. Today was gorgeous, picture-perfect. I should have more to shots to share, but will take me a couple days. Please post, if you have any you'd like to show. Sorry I missed you! Any chance you brought one of the three 993s I saw? (I should have two pix to post.)
Big thanks for confirming the winners - I had to leave early today. I enjoyed a great talk with the owners of the red 1961 CGT owners Fri, but they were inundated with admirers today. I was standing nearby when the judges quietly walked up & gave them early news that made them very happy. I wanted to barge in, & but not if I seemed like an eavesdropper.
... maybe I'm finally learning social skills?

I hear ya. I don't dig their rears, but I do luv most of their interiors. I visited them twice, & only overheard enthusiasm from those seeing them in person.
Very exotic. I'm told approximatetly 100 were assembled in 2006 ... in Holland!
