Sad, RIP. At least It seems like the passenger survived.

But, why is it that almost everytime I see a Ferrari accident the car is split in half right at the bulkhead?

i've seen a quite a few exotics take that street quite fast between lights... always po-po there too.
what a stupid waste of life & taxpayer $ (if the guy goes to prison).

makes me wonder about "zero tolerance" laws & how it would save lives & decrease courthouse revenue (prob. why they'll never happen in socal). but then on the other hand we should have certain rights too. tough one...
real unfortunate accident all the way around.
funny how one dosen't have to worry about a dui when they've had nothing to drink. just having alcohol on your breath is trouble in an accident or even when pulled over for a minor offense. my 2¢

i wondered the same thing 'bout the f-cars... this one was a stradale? lightweight...

That car must have been going pretty fast. It broke up into more pieces than the Space Shuttle Columbia.

Is it me or do Ferraris just seem to explode on impact?
