Aux Oil Cooler Considerations

Other than Gert, where would be a good place to look for either cooler?

IMHO, I don't see any circumstance where someone would need a second cooler for street driving. I put a manual fan switch in my center console that turns the oil cooler fan on high-speed. Sitting in 95-degree traffic with the AC on for lengthy periods of time, my temps have never even cracked 200F. For street driving, it's all about the fan creating airflow over the cooler.

The factory setup is absolute garbage and allows the car to run too hot. It's an hour DIY to put an override switch in. It was the first thing I did when I got my 993.

My C4S, came with a extra cooler, & I've never looked at how they plumbed it in.
A few people have tried other solutions with varying results. IIRC, the RUF/Cargraphic coolers seem to be best way to to go.

I did the same thing and have not had any issues.
