Default Best source for Supercups - X post from DE forum

Looking to buy a new set of Supercups for 993.

Any recommendations for getting the best deal, ideally from a Rennlist sponsor?

Thanks for any recommendations.

Best,

Matt

Fabspeed is a site sponsor w/ supercups running you 850 currently (http://www.fabspeed.com/993.html). I did a quick search and Pelican has them for more. I keep waiting for a pair to come up the for sale forum, so far my timing has been off.

Be careful Matt cause I don't think you'll pass sound at LCMT nor Calabogie unless you run the turn downs.

Why not go with dach X pipe made by a fellow rennlister? Wasn't there a thread about the best combo for sound and power??

+1 for FabSpeed, www.fabspeed.com . I have purchased a couple of sets from Joe in the past and have always been happy with their service and products.

IMO, Fabspeed sounds the best by far of any aftermarket option. Of course, sound is subjective but if you like it loud and raw this the the best option.

Thanks guys.

CWay, you're right, turndowns are key!

I heard both Carm's 993 with turndowns at at LCMT, on track at the same time as another silver 993 without. A HUGE difference in refracted sound. Comparatively, the turndowns are quiet!

Best,

Matt

I have a set mainly collecting dust and could be persuaded to part with them... What are they going for these days? Latest gen with turn downs. Excellent condition with a little scrape on the tip of one of the fangs.
