collapsible Tire.
Hi.
I had to use the collapsible tire for the first time ever last week. It inflated and work fine this time. I want to make sure it will do the same for the next time if needed. What is the proper maintenance for the collapsible tire?
I did some search, but there was no information pretty much. I found the good way to deflate and put it back to the original size, like the rachet with chains. It worked good.
Do you know the proper maintenance for that?

When pcar graciously stopped by when I was on doing just that on PCH roadside, his advice was to use a rope wrapped around the tire and twist it with a broom handle to compress it. I just cleaned it, unscrewed the valve, hit it with some talcum powder for good measure and slipped it back in the wheel well...
