SoCal LA Tire Installation?
In light of my incident yesterday, plans for new tires (Sumi HRTZ III) are in fast forward. Any good value tire installer places you guys recommend in the greater 310, 323, 562, 949? Does Darren West End do tires? Looks like Johnson's can't do 18"s.
Sam's Alignment Center seems popular, close and reasonable:

I first need one wheel re-finished. Got a $85 - $100 quote from Mobile Wheel Repair, but I'm thinking about making the schlep down to Al Reed's...?

Wheel Enhancement just quoted me $30 each for the mount/balance/stem/dispose. I can deal with that. Their strip and refinish quote was $225 each and 4 weeks. They must be busy!

I've used Laguna Tires with good results in the past.

They have very new hunter mounting/alignment equipment and seem well versed in working on porsches and other higher end cars.

I got my tires and wheels done at Autobacs in Covina. They also have one in Stanton. They came pretty recommended on the import boards for actually taking care to not damage your wheels. They did a good job aligning the tire dot to valve stems, and no scratches on my not cheap wheels. $13 per 18" wheel. http://www.autobacsusa.com/
