Ofcourse its real - I wouldnt post it as an RS if it wasnt

I think the picture you are talking about showed the car with the small wing pack on where as my car has the bigger front and rear appendages

I am putting something together at the moment for some proper pictures and video that is taken of the two RS's and my race car escapades..

I do not like the oil level in the gauge, and the pictures are awesome. What does the dipstick read ? just curious....

What's wrong with it? Sits bang in the middle of the gauge on warm tick over and dip stick is spot on?

great shots with the mountains in the background. Something I guess I dont associate with Dubai. How tall are those mountains?

Ride height is bone stock - we did cut it close a couple of times on some large speed bumps during the trip though. Dont have any issues around Dubai though.

Cheers - They are not really in Dubai...Better to classify them as in the UAE/Oman as the Hajar spread across both countries. They are super impressive and get just over 3000m at their highest point.

I am not being negative, just trying to share my personal experience.
In my understanding, by warm engine, the oil temperature gauge should be at 9:00 o'clock. I check oil level only at this temperature.
In my particular car, with temperture gauge at 9:00 and RPM at 3000 as in picture, my oil level gauge is below the red, or zero.
The temperature gauge in the picture is around 8:00, so more reason for the level to be @ zero, whilst its in the beginning of the white zone.
In my car, this means excessive oil quantity, but with no harm.
Lets not forget we are dealing with a dry sump, any excessive oil will be thrown thru the return lines to the inlet, and burnt.
Only by habit, when I looked at the picture, I thought oil level is not what it looks like in my case. thanks for the great pictures...

The oil temp reading is taken at idle not while running. It looks like he is running, so not to worry.

So nice to see a real one out and about, doing what it's supposed to be doing. My wannabe is pretty much useless, other than on the track. Where it does shine!
