If it is truly clean and has 100% pristine paint, $21-$23K is a decent deal for a late model build '95. Not deal-of-the-century deal but pretty good. If I had that money burning a hole in my pocket, I would jump on it after a full PPI gave it clean bill of health.
Driver's side fender-to-hood gap looks suspect. Otherwise, seems in very nice shape.
When a seller states, "no paint work", I automatically take that to mean the opposite.

Am I living in some alternate universe where decent cars are still expensive?
I've been talking to someone about a late 95 C4 with about 100K miles, original suspension, about 60K miles on a valve guide replacement and about 30K miles on the new clutch, and I'm having trouble getting him to move from his $29K asking price.
What gives? I seem to regularly see 95 C4's with 70-80K miles, needing a bit of work, with a firm price in the low thirties. You guys who say there are plenty of cars at low cost - share some wealth, will ya
