x1000. I used DeMoise last month--they were great--professional and lowest cost. They called me with updates along the way and worked with my schedule.

Intercity.... While they are primarily an East-West, they also do the East Coast corridor.

I've also used DeMoise and Bill and his crew were great with accommodating to my schedules (departure and arrival). I shipped 2 cars and they are consistently very competitive and excellent service with zero incident... No affiliation, just a satisfied customer.

I only use Intercity. Have used them twice and would not use anyone else!

+4 for DeMoise. Atlanta to LA. My feeling is Intercity quality for a bit less. Had the driver's cell # at all times.

Sorry about the late post but I was conflicted because this would be a very search-able topic.

I had a bad experience with DAS (Dependable Auto Shippers...NOT!) from Denver to Virginia. Insurance company got involved. Long story...the money is not the issue with these cars.

Edit: Oh, and put some sort of protection over the dash and back window deck (tape down paper or use aluminimum foil) if the car is going to sit outside until shipped.

I used Autobahn about two years ago. I thought they were pretty good, they actually stored my cars for about 30 days also. What I liked was the driver had a smaller truck, so my cars were the only ones he was pulling.

I have used Angels twice this year and was very pleased. Once west to midwest, once east to midwest.

+1 for Intercity. Shipped from Chicago to Seattle years ago. Great service, friendly couple drove the rig... On time, no problems.

Don't select shipping company based on price - saving a few hundred $$ to ship these cars is really not worth it.

I'm dealing with Bob at Intercity right now. They are due to pickup a car for me in California next week. They are very professional so far and reasonably priced for Coast to Coast transport.
