Default Suspension Question - Installing Bilstein HD's

I'm curious to know when you guys have installed the Bilstein HD's with H&R Springs if you have made adjustments to the Bilstein HD's or just left them as they came? I read the DIY on pcarworkshop.com about making adjustments and I'm just wondering if this is necessary or if the way they come is fine. Any insights?

i'll be starting the install tomorrow evening.

The only external adjustment on HD's is for ride height. They are re-valveable but that would require sending them to a damper service provider.

I would install them as they are. They seem to be a good match damping vs spring rate with the H&R's as well as M030/ROW M030 springs.
