Unhappy anyone out there

I am a new member to this forum and looking for a wee bit of help !!
Have owned a 97 c4s since new and have had some trouble with my suspension ,had pss9 and replaced it back to m030 euro with hd that had been on my car for about 25000 miles. Rebuilt Rack, new front shocks ,new rotors pads,Chris W. bushings ect. What I would really like is for a fellow rennlister to drive my car for
a little comparison test to help me determine what might be the problem before I shovel more $$ in to it. I now think my rear shocks might be bad ??Any montrealer able to help ?? tks Danny Lawrence 514-591-0984

Hi Chris, had the shimmy and tried out your bushings with success...but, still had some front end trouble. After installing new tires, new front shocks, rebuilt rack, rotor and pads, alignment still have a bit of an up and down, not shimmy in the front. Steve w. suggested changing the inner tie rod which I will try next !
Problem is I also have a hop in the back end and think it may be rear shocks are also going, therefore was kind of hoping to meet up with a similar equipped car locally for a second opinion before ordering the parts.
There was to be a group drive last weekend but it was canceled due to weather. How do you tell if gas shocks are bad ??and the joke is if the rear is bad it could be causing the front to feel off...

Do you feel it while driving straight or only while turning?

Well, it definitely sounds like your rear shocks are worn.
