Default engine jackpoint

Not sure if anyone noticed but for those of you who regretted not buying one from Autometrics before they were discontinued, Robin has started selling his CNC engine jackpoints via the p-car.com site. Some improvements over the Autometrics design but no more towhook and sadly still no fitting for a 993 Turbo

I wish somebody would actually make the tow hooks again...... It is nice that these don't stick out as much without the tow hook mounts. Mine has scraped the ground once, and I've been very careful since!

Here's a rear end shot:

We are working on a solution for all three limitations; 1995 cars, turbos (easy fix) and ROW cars.

I would love to gather some up skirt images of the back end of ROW cars. I understand there is a center mounted Lambda sensor, but further forward than that of the 1995 cars. Anyone have such information?

Maybe I need to take a trip to Eu somewhere to have a look myself -- my wife and I really enjoyed our week in the UK this past January!!

I totally agree...maybe I'm missing something but that sounds like an exorbitant price.

No Ti, it work hardens Its 6061 T6 ally. From a big 'ole block.

Its a shame that these days material costs are equal to the machining itself.

The demand is too low for the price point to be low, that's the main reason why Autometrics stopped making them.

We decided to make only 20 sets just because few people here and there were still asking for them.

If there is a bigger demand I am sure the price point will definitely become cheaper.
